Who we are

Revive Spinning Studio (Pty) Ltd (registration 2026/182786/07) operates an indoor spinning studio at Midstream Estate, Centurion, South Africa. Our service & how it is delivered

We sell instructor-led spinning classes, delivered in person at our studio at the scheduled date and time shown when you book. A booking reserves one bike in that class (classes are capped at 10 attendees). Nothing is shipped or couriered — your booking confirmation and receipts are delivered to the email address on your profile immediately after purchase.

Bookings & payment

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once payment is received in full. We accept card and instant EFT payments (processed securely by Payfast), class credits, and once-off drop-in payments. New members pay a once-off registration fee shown at sign-up. Prices are displayed in South African Rand at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before class start receive a full class credit, or a refund on request. Cancellations inside 2 hours of the class, and no-shows, forfeit the class. If we cancel a class, everyone booked receives a full credit automatically, or a refund on request.

Refunds

Where a refund is due under these terms, it is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of your request to [email protected]. Class credits do not expire while your account is active. Purchases of credit packs are refundable for the unused portion, less any classes already attended at the standard drop-in rate.

Memberships

Monthly memberships renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and no further amounts are collected. Prepaid 6- and 12-month memberships run for their full term and do not auto-renew at the discounted rate.

Family profiles

The primary account holder is responsible for any family members added to their profile, including their bookings, attendance and conduct in class.

Health, safety & conduct

Spinning is a physical activity. Please make sure you are medically fit to participate, and tell your instructor about any condition or injury that may affect you before class. Members agree to follow the studio's health and safety guidelines and the instructor's directions. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of membership without refund.

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and POPIA.
